Not happy at all. I’m a regular and always schedule an appointment. Today I scheduled 1st thing as soon as they opened and they took a walk in, in front of me. I had to wait an additional 30 min even though I had an appointment. I don’t care for that type of service and professionalism and this will be my last trip at this location.

Toni was awesome fun conversation and gave me a great haircut I think I found my know new favorite hairstyles
